- 1) A specially designed catalog with 6,000 chemical building blocks. More than 2000 of them are currently in stock from gram to mT scale
- We are world’s leading producer of oxetane derivatives;
- We synthesize a broad range of high purity fused and spiro polycyclic systems, including azetidines and cyclobutanes;
- The purity of our product is guaranteed.
- 2) Custom synthesis. e.g. reference compounds and API, as well as synthesis of novel compounds with challenging chemistry

PharmaBlock currently has 80 chemists including 7 Ph.Ds . Our senior management team has many years of drug discovery experience with world’s major pharmaceutical companies. The expertise of the team covers the areas of medicinal chemistry, total synthesis, heterocyclic chemistry, nucleoside chemistry and methodology development. Many of our products are designed based on our knowledge of medicinal chemistry with considerations of potential DMPK properties.
PharmaBlock is located in the Hi-Tech Zone of Nanjing, a city with 53 universities and colleges, and is 180 miles west of Shanghai. Our facilities includes 60,000 square feet of laboratory space with state-of-the-art instruments and a manufacture site with 108 stainless steel and enamel reactors from 50 to 10,000L. Quality of the products is strictly controlled by our analytical department which currently employs Bruker 400 MHz NMR , Agilent 1200 LC/MS and Waters UPLC/SQD MS instruments.
