IT Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for daily IT support;
2. Maintain local area network system, email system, Windows server, backup equipment and telephone system;
3. Provide support for hardware and software installation and professional software (including attendance system and financial software) maintenance;
4. Manage IT asset (notebooks, desktops, telephones, servers, network, etc.) and ensure they are in good working condition;
5. To be responsible for handling the Corporate office on network security matters;
6. Ensure a proper and complete on-site and off-site data back-up at all times;

Requirements:
