1. Linker-Payload Products and Custom Services

PharmaBlock has established the PB AquaLinker technology platform based on its unique hydrophilic Linker technology, addressing the challenge of ADC aggregation. Through innovative polar fragment and spatial structure design, we significantly enhance the hydrophilicity of Linker-Payload (LP) conjugates, fundamentally inhibiting ADC aggregation caused by hydrophobic interactions. This ensures ADCs achieve excellent solubility and long-term stability, paving the way for the development of high-DAR and high-activity ADCs.

1. Diversified Basic Molecular Library:
- Offers a range of well-defined and versatile molecules including oligopeptides (and polysaccharide conjugates), amphiphilic ions, PEGs and polysarcosine derivatives, enabling precise regulation of ADCs' physicochemical and biological properties.
2. Functional Cleavers and Linkers:
- Acid-sensitive GGFG+ acid-sensitive cleavers.

- Enzyme hydrolysis-triggered 1,6-elimination-based cleavers.

- Various functionalized maleimides, methyl sulfones and alkynyl phosphate linkers.
3. Modular Linker-Payload:
- Provides functionalized LP products with predefined specific reaction sites, supporting flexible and rapid subsequent functional development and molecular optimization to expand ADC development boundaries and efficiency.
4. Custom Synthesis Services (CRO):
- Delivers custom synthesis of Linkers, Payloads and LP conjugates from milligram to kilogram scale, with product purity all above 99%. Relying on rigorous quality control and flexible production scales, it fully covers full-cycle needs from early-stage R&D to clinical filing.
