PharmaBlock Sciences (Nanjing), Inc. (SZSE: 300725) was listed on Shenzhen Exchange Stock on November 10, 2017. PharmaBlock raised CNY 208 million (~USD 31.33 million) through issuing 18.3333 million shares, with the funds to be reinvested in continually developing capabilities in discovery chemistry, process chemistry and manufacturing of building blocks and RSMs, aiming for a  more comprehensive and long-term partnership in drug development; expanding the inventory, business development and lab functions in United States for more efficient and timely services to local pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
